This is probably an Ibanez 2348 Firebrand, but this one has a Reverse Headstock and Banjo Tuners. This type of guitar was never in an Ibanez catalog; but there was one in the Greco catalogs (also made in the FujiGen Gakki plant.

This one, however, is a bolt-on version.
